10.31.2006 Today I witnessed my third car accident in the space of a week. In each case it could've been me had I been a few seconds earlier to where I was going. What the hell is going on out there? I've seen a guy run over a tree, a person turning left clip a car going straight the opposite way, and now a large work truck backing out of a driveway and right into a car in the street (the woman he hit was hysterical and in tears afterward). People. Driving isn't that hard. Keep it together out there. posted by Christopher Null | 1:18 PM 10.28.2006 My Marilyn Monroe jack-o'-lantern. This map shows where the problem is at its worst. Though I am dying to know what the "other" terms are. "Cola," I'm sure... but what else? I pulled a muscle in my mouth by coughing? Is this even possible? Now it hurts to eat or stretch my mouth open, which is probably just fine by my family members who wish I'd just shut up. posted by Christopher Null | 1:06 PM 10.14.2006 ![]() You know, I think they're right.
